What we will NOT do in GTM

  1. No commission-based sales agencies that act as resellers. They'll sell against us when a margin appears.
  2. No managed-services play. KeyNova is software, not a hotel operator.
  3. No franchise model. Partners do referral or implementation, never resale.
  4. No PR-only motion without paid amplification — wasted spend.
  5. No "free forever" tier. PLG free trial yes; free forever no.
  6. No cold email blast. Targeted outbound only.
  7. No competitor-bashing in public collateral. Win on merit, switch on demand.
