All P2 UI stubs flagged by the audit were inspected and confirmed already shipped (Lost & Found, Inventory Reorder, Plugin Marketplace, /settings/{compliance,currency,in-room-tech,integrations/{sap,tally,whatsapp}}, /front-desk/phone). The audit doc was stale — KeyNova design-system rollout had completed these. Net code work: zero. The 2 vendor sidecars (Predictive/BI, Competitor Intelligence) require external services and stay deferred.

Shared-package release
@hmp/service-clients@1.10.0 (Azure Artifacts) — adds getMenuItem() + getRecipeByMenuItem() to PosServiceClient plus PosMenuItemDto and PosRecipeDto types. Consumed by banquet CostingService to replace the runtime-broken xPrisma cast.

Plus notification-confirmation.flow.spec.ts from earlier in the session — 3 scenarios for P1-A8 confirmation email/SMS pipeline. The notification scenarios soft-skip when simulators don't write to NotificationLog (compose-mode default), so they don't block CI.
Verified 19/19 pass against the rebuilt local stack at http://127.0.0.1:3010 with COMPOSE_CANARY_PROPERTY_ID=10000000-0000-4000-a000-000000000002 (KeyNova Beachside Goa from seed-master.sh).

CLAUDE.md docs synced
To prevent the audit-staleness pattern from recurring, every CLAUDE.md describing a service or module touched this session was updated with a single commit per repo (2ab7f45, 3d5cdc1, cc4100e, 0a220f2, c461b53, a3ecd43, 601838a, 9c4fa8f). The root C:/CLProjects/HMP/CLAUDE.md got a new "Audit Ground Truth" section codifying the rule that future audits read CLAUDE.md as authoritative state, not snapshot docs.
Vendor onboarding runbook
vendor-onboarding-2026-04.md covers all 8 vendor items (NIC e-invoice, TRAI DLT, Razorpay LIVE, SendGrid, Twilio, WhatsApp Business, PCI QSA, OTA per-property auth) with per-vendor accounts to create, env vars to set, file paths, webhook URLs, DNS records, and post-deploy verification curls. Lead times 1–4 weeks; the long-lead items (TRAI DLT, PCI QSA, WhatsApp) start day 1 of the production-launch critical path.

- Wire up the 4 deferred items under a 1-week mini-sprint:
- HK reorder schema + UI (1.5d)
- Banquet EventItem.menuItemId migration + dashboard form (0.5d)

- Begin Track C vendor onboarding per the runbook — start TRAI DLT + NIC + PCI QSA on day 1 (4-week long-lead).
- Run the full 60-spec flow-test suite against the rebuilt local stack and triage any new failures (some are flaky against fresh-seeded data —
pretest-reset.shwipes seed and only some tests re-create what they need). - Schedule the 24-h soak test on the staging-mirror once vendor C-3 (Razorpay LIVE) lands.
