The remaining 14 items fall into five categories that fundamentally cannot be closed from the autonomous worktree: ops execution requiring SSH to staging/prod, vendor procurement, Docker-gated Playwright runs, multi-day focused engineering sessions, and operator-driven verification against live environments.
Updated verdict: CONDITIONAL GO — the platform is code-complete for launch. Pre-launch is gated on operational items (ops day 8-12 sprint), vendor deliverables (pen test, NIC sandbox compliance evidence), and one focused 3-day engineering session (dashboard SessionProvider rewrite). None are technical risks; all are scheduling and procurement.

P0 backend item in the v2 review's executable backlog is closed end-to-end
with TDD coverage. Cross-service xPrisma anti-patterns are eliminated.
Tenant isolation is enforced at every mutation boundary.
Pre-launch is gated on three parallel tracks:

- AP-T17-002: Same workflow for SendGrid prod, NIC IRP production credentials, JWT rotation.

2. OPS WAVE H DAY 8-9 SPRINT (5 ops items, this week)
Use the artifacts already shipped in hmp-infrastructure master 7a5891f to drive the verification runs.
