Use Case Proposals (sidecar)
This folder holds [SME-PROPOSED] changes to the use-case registry at ../../../platform-registry/_data/use-cases/. Each file mirrors a target UC name + -SME-PROPOSED suffix.
Workflow:
- Pilot/reconciliation work proposes changes here (does not modify the live
_data/use-cases/files). - Operator reviews the proposal, accepts or rejects.
- On accept, operator merges the proposed YAML into the live file and deletes the sidecar.
- On reject, operator deletes the sidecar.
The pilot (2026-05-24, BF-001 Tenant + Property Onboarding) lands a starter set covering the Tenant + Property Onboarding flow.
File classes
There are two classes of sidecar in this folder:

| NEW UC proposal | uc-<name>-SME-PROPOSED.yaml where _data/use-cases/uc-<name>.yaml does NOT exist | Operator should create a new file _data/use-cases/uc-<name>.yaml (sans the -SME-PROPOSED suffix) populated from the sidecar. |
Every file's header comments state which class it is and which drift ID (BF-001 D-NNN / EP-NNN-rtm.md D-NNN) it closes.
Pilot 2026-05-24 contents
Pilot lands 2 existing-UC sidecars + 5 NEW UC proposals, plus this README. NEW proposals close the 5 BF-001 catalog gaps surfaced in §Drift summary of ../business-flows/BF-001-tenant-property-onboarding.md.
